Annual food packing day was a success! All the crews took over the Cathedral high school cafeteria to bag majority of the food we will be bringing on trail!
The girls fueled up with some scooters coffee beforehand since a percentage of the cost supported Voyageurs. We also coordinated as a crew to dress up as pirates! It was a long day but the girls cranked it out.
At one point, the other second session crew (the Cvancara crew) called for everyone’s attention. They boldly and sweetly asked our crew to go on a crew date with them! One of the guys had drawn a very impressive picture and gave it to us as well. The girls were surprised I think because two of them responded with “sure” after a pause :) It’ll be fun to get to know their crew since we’ll be traveling on the bus up to Canada for a long time with them!
