Join us for an Early Season Informational Meeting!
We will be hosting a couple of meetings at the end of August for all who are interested in learning more about our expeditions for summer 2027!
DATE and TIME: The first meeting will be Monday, August 24th from 6:30-7:45 pm. This meeting is for interested Voyageurs.
The second meeting will be Wednesday, August 26th from 6:30-7:45 pm. This meeting is for interested Parents. We understand that many parents are seeking to learn about the safety measures, logistics, and protocols that are at the foundation of our program - that’s why we’re offering a parent meeting! We will cover these topics and more.
LOCATION: Both meetings will be at our basecamp in north Sartell! Address is 3787 Pine Point Road, Sartell, MN 56377.
AGES: Eligible program applicants will be completing their sophomore, junior, or senior year in spring 2027.
WHAT to EXPECT at the VOYAGEUR MEETING: Jack, our program director, will give an overview of the experience and share important details about how to apply for a spot in 2027. You’ll put yourself in the seat of a Voyageur through photos, videos and stories of life in the Canadian Wilderness. There will be plenty of time at the end to ask questions! You will receive your application to join a crew at the end of the meeting.

Note that more informational meetings will be hosted in winter of 2026/2027 if you are unable to attend these.
