Packing days

Hard at work we have been, getting all the rest of our food packed up. Packing packs is certainly one of the more challenging items, but finally sorting all of our food items for the first and second halves of the trip is very exciting.

Crew Update

The boys have been hard at work. So hard at work that I have not been doing the best job keeping up with the blog posts. Lately we have been focusing on food preparation, from setting up the dehydrators, to baking our Hudson Bay Bread and making many pounds of hot chocolate. These next few days of preparation will be some of the most exciting yet.

First meeting

Our fist meeting went very well! We started off with a tour of basecamp, then did a great team building map activity, learned how to sand a paddle, and talked about different aspects of the trip.

Hello!

My name is Forrest Noeske, and I am the guide of the Noeske crew for this summer. I am 20 years old and I graduated high school 2 years ago. I currently work full time and live in the cities. This will be my 4th trip with voyagers, and I am very excited to get back into the wild.
